Fresh, delicious, raw sashimi. While we can get some decent sashimi here in Toronto, it’s definitely not the same as having sashimi in those countries bordering bodies of water. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had was in San Francisco and Vancouver. However, since I’m not visiting either of those cities again anytime soon, I’ll happily settle for this lovely plate of sashimi.

Sweet shrimp, salmon, octopus and escolar

I love how the restaurant beautifully presented the sashimi here. It’s definitely appeasing to the eye and it’s not often that you get a plate of food with colour changing glowing lights on a bed of shaved ice.
