Fusion food is great. Combining two different culinary styles can end up with great combinations. One fusion dish is kimchi fries. It’s as simple as it sounds: golden brown French fries smothered with pieces of kimchi, which is a fermented pickled vegetable that is most commonly made with cabbage.
Of course, there’s also the picante mayo sauce with Korean flavours and some strands of noori. It is spicy, crispy and slightly acidic (in a good way) because of the kimchi. The result is a new way of eating French fries and I must say, I like it! 🙂
