Are you looking for an easy dish with a bang to use those bouncy, juicy, and succulent shrimp? Try this easy Thai shrimp recipe.
- Cooking oil
- About a dozen shrimp
- 1 tbsp shrimp paste with soya bean oil paste
- Bit of salt
- A splash of Shaohsing rice cooking wine
- Scallions, sliced
Clean and de-vein shrimp. Heat pan with a bit of oil and then add shrimp.
Toss shrimp for about a minute, then add shrimp paste, salt to taste, and a splash of rice cooking wine.
When the shrimp is almost fully cooked, add in the scallions and cook until it’s done.
After that, it’s ready to serve.
This easy shrimp-filled dish has so much flavour and pairs well with rice. However, I had some leftover pasta and ate it with that instead. Delicious!
